The process begins with a thorough understanding of your brand, your audience, and your goals. We then translate this understanding into a unique design concept. You’ll be involved throughout the process, from initial discussions and ideation to design refinement and finalization.

The timeline for a project depends on its complexity and scope, but as a guideline we allow for 4 to 8 weeks. Once we have a clear understanding of your project requirements, we will provide an estimated timeline.

We welcome and encourage your feedback at all stages of the design process. Our goal is to create a design that not only meets but exceeds your expectations, and your input is crucial in achieving that.

Absolutely! You own your website and will have full control to access it and update it. A good website constantly changes and updates. In fact, we make changes to ours at least once a week!

The build cost is only one part of owning a website, however we build on WordPress, which is a free open source software to minimize other costs.

Other providers may charge up to $299 per month, plus payment processing fees on top of what a payment gateway like Stripe or Pay Pal charge, these costs can quickly add up.

With WordPress, the only ongoing costs for a typical website are hosting and domain licensing.

Hosting costs depending on the hosting plan and inclusions. For example some hosts include SSL certificates, daily scheduled backups to keep your investment secure, or you might opt for your website to be hosted on a private server, which is beneficial for speed, security and search engine optimization. These features incur an additional charges, but are worth the investment, particularly when compared to other providers.

Domain costs are usually between $20-30 per year on average.

We also recommend clients consider adding on a branded email, which is generally between $6 – $12 per month.

We offer hosting plans which come with some of the additions listed above (backups, SSL certificate, private server) with the additional benefit of receiving access to agency level plugins on an ongoing basis.
